Liquid White, Liquid Black and Liquid Clear are special formulas of oil painting mediums developed exclusively for Bob Ross. They greatly aid in the foundation of the Bob Ross wet-on-wet painting technique. These slow drying mediums allow the artist to blend their oil colours directly on the surface. This pack also includes a bottle of Brush Cleaner & Conditioner.
