Celebrate the sweetest days of summer with Paletas, the 71st Quarterly Edition for summer 2026.

Inspired by Mexicos colourful fruit-filled ice pops, this vibrant collection captures the joy of enjoying a frozen treat on a hot day, whether you are relaxing in the park, heading to the beach or racing to finish it before it melts down your arm.

Paletas have their roots in 1940s Mexico, when Ignacio and Luis Alczar, along with their cousin Agustn Andrade, began selling handmade frozen treats created using real fruit and fresh ingredients. Their success helped inspire thousands of paleteras across Mexico and beyond, bringing these refreshing, flavour-packed treats to communities around the world.

Bright, nostalgic and bursting with summer energy, the Paletas collection is a delicious celebration of colour, creativity and warm-weather fun.
