A witty and anarchic tale from master storyteller Didier Lvy.

The hippopotamus is feeling worried. Is his bottom too big? All the other animals have an opinion, but nobody can agree and things soon start to get out of hand. Is there a way to sort out the mess?

Didier Lvys subversive story is accompanied by Marc Boutavants glorious illustrations, which perfectly capture the characters idiosyncrasies, mannerisms and hilarious reactions. Hippobottomus will reassure all young readers beset by body insecurity, and remind them above all that in life, keeping a sense of proportion is key.
