Gelflex is a remeltable PVC moulding compound that forms a flexible mould. It has good tensile strength and is very flexible, allowing castings with deep undercuts.

Ideal for castings made from plaster and concrete.

The Gelflex melts at 130C / 135C and is poured over suitable masters.

A release agent is not usually required.

A significant advantage is that when the mould is worn or requires replacement, it can be cut up, remelted and reused.
